When Cytiva’s DiPIA conference had to be virtual due to COVID the aim was clear: it shouldn’t feel like yet another video call. How could we create a professional virtual event and enable interaction between speakers and participants?

Welcome to the show
We hired professional TV presenters and designed a virtual TV studio. For 3 days a live broadcast was streamed to all corners of the world. From our very own Phosworks greenscreen studio.
Speakers participated by “calling” into the show and were interviewed by the hosts, passing along questions from the audience.
A roaring success
The number of attendees compared to the previous event climbed by 400%. And the attendees feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
